Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It’s the alive and thriving report on Monday, November 10, 2025. It’s also the actifit report number 1304!

Lately, laziness has been dominating me. I plan to walk. The plan does not see the light. Laziness set in, and I end up sleeping or sitting idle, scrolling through the mobile screen. I understand I need to break it and come out of my comfort zone. I fail to do that most of the day! Without any extra walking, I was able to make over 8k steps on Monday!

Monday was an average busy day at work. I consulted 34 patients in my chamber. One patient came twice! In the morning, he came with a throat infection. I gave medicine. In the evening, he came with severe palpitations and chest pain. An ECG was done and it was normal. But, his pulse was quite high. We couldn’t find what exactly triggered his symptoms. The medicines I prescribed in the morning, he had taken those medicines during a previous illness (according to the computer record). He was blaming me for his new symptoms thinking the medicines caused the problem. I tried to explain to him. He understood. He was feeling better when he left! Some experiences aren’t sweet!!

All of my CENT tokens are delegated to the centtoken account. Every Monday I get the delegation rewards in SWAP.HBD. This time, for delegating over 39k CENT, I received 0.077 SWAP.HBD (~0.616 SWAP.HIVE). The amount was less than the previous week!

Then, I bought 220 CENT with that amount, staked, and added to the already delegated amount. Now the total delegated amount is 40,036!
